Time to start the weekend off right with this brand new original track by Kids At The Bar. This track has a bit of a different sound than their usual electro-rock sound, but it will certainly get the dance floor just as rowdy. I just got this tasty little treat in the inbox today from London based electro label Grand Hotel. It’s a track called ‘Get a Grip’ by an artist who I found it difficult to get any solid info on called Dirty Super Car. The track is remixed by The Loops of Fury out of Brisbane and has a nice classic, gritty electro-house feel to it.

The long awaited collaboration between equally talented artists Computer Club and Frankmusik was dropped the other day and it was well worth the wait. The track, ‘Losing Streak’, is part of Computer Club’s upcoming 6 track EP due out this month on So Sweet Records.

So it has been a while since I have posted here at TheDopeFiend and I honestly can’t think of a better way to come back than to bring you this remix Hot Pink Delorean has done of Designer Drugs‘ ‘ZOMBIES!’. The original track is amazing to begin with. I didn’t think it anyone could have made it harder than it already is, but Hot Pink Delorean managed to take the ZOMBIES! and put there own evil metal twist on it that makes it a complete headbanger of a track. It literally game me goosebumps the first time hearing it. I suggest you download it now!

The Death Set makes super-high-energy-dance-pop-punk music that is some of the best kind of music to dance to. Add their sound to that of the remix artists on Bang Gang and you have the perfect blend of remix goodness. Bang Gang has just released a 12″ that includes four remixes by Treasure Fingers, Bonde De Role, G.L.O.V.E.S. and Bumbblebeez as well as 4 original tracks by The Death Set themselves. This 12″ is packed with punk rock electro caffeine. I would have to say my favorite remix is of “Negative Thinking” by Treasure Fingers. Its feel is a bit dark for Treasure Fingers and has synth-tinged vocoder vocals. Check out this and some sample tracks…
